The completed kit is checked. Finished photos can be provided before dispatch whenever possible.
Packing & Dispatch
The painted panels are protected for international transport and handed to the carrier.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking is provided after dispatch, followed by customs and local-carrier delivery.

What to know before placing your order
Shipping is not included
Shipping fees are not included in the product price unless clearly stated. The available shipping charge is calculated at checkout using the destination country or region.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT, customs fees and carrier handling charges may be collected by the destination authorities or carrier. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise.
Tracking after dispatch
Tracking information is provided after the package has shipped and the carrier has created its record. Initial scans and updates between export, customs and the local carrier may take time.

Common shipping questions
When does the production estimate begin?
Production timing begins after your motorcycle model and year, colors, design direction and important custom details have been confirmed. Time spent waiting for customer information or approval is not part of the production period.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Carrier tracking can pause while a parcel waits for its first scan, travels between countries, clears customs or transfers to a local delivery company. A temporary gap in scans does not necessarily mean the shipment has stopped moving.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Contact us immediately. An address can only be corrected if the order has not shipped and the carrier can accept the change. Additional shipping costs may apply. Check your address, phone number and email carefully before ordering.
What can delay an international delivery?
Customs inspection, taxes awaiting payment, an incomplete address, local holidays, weather, remote-area delivery and carrier handling can extend the estimate. Follow the tracking information and respond promptly if customs or the carrier requests action.
